Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

Cutting, pulling, or damaging the fabric in any improper way.

Improper use or incorrect washing of the item.

Incorrect size selection or alterations made by the customer.

If the fabric or design does not suit personal preference, as all details (fabric, design, and specifications) are clearly stated on the product page.
Returns or exchanges ARE accepted in the following cases:

Visible damage or tear in the item
(photo proof required). -
Measurements differ from those stated on the website
(item must be measured in inches with photo proof). -
Receiving a product different from what was ordered.
Refund Process
